Job summary

First Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for non-credit Commercial/Treasury products such as Digital Business Banking, ACH origination, and merchant services.

You will maintain records, respond to customer inquiries by phone or email, and ensure compliance with internal procedures while supporting market staff and implementing system improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three years banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Commercial/Treasury Services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records and archive documentation for Digital Business Banking and related Treasury Services products.
• Provide customer service by phone or email for Digital Business Banking, Xpress Banking, and Bill Pay.
• Meet service levels during setup and training; may require on-site visits at client locations.
• Research problems with sound judgment and keep Treasury Services management informed.
• Submit service tickets to process increases and archive related inquiries.
