Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking a Commercial Client Service Professional (CSP) to serve as the day-to-day liaison for our commercial clients, providing technical and operational support for Treasury Services and bank accounts.

You will resolve issues across departments, facilitate account openings, manage requests, and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in bank operations/commercial client service.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and resolve operational and technical issues regarding client bank accounts and Treasury Services.
• Respond to all clients within three phone rings and update on status the same day.
• Input and track all operational/technical issues in the team tracking system.
• Adhere to the sundown policy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance delivery of bank accounts and Treasury Services.
• Facilitate bank account opening for onboarding of Treasury Services and revenue generation.
• Serve as a primary contact for the client.
• Maintain current knowledge of clients’ businesses and Treasury Services provided.
• Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor accounts and services for client satisfaction.
• Make in-person calls with Treasury Services Sales Officers to develop client relationships.
• Assist with special projects, data mining, and analysis.
