You will use CCaaS and CRM tools, collaborate with multiple departments, and operate in a hybrid schedule after onboarding. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AS/BS strongly preferred in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of related bank operations experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience from a professional environment that required direct contact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Treasury Management service and support to Commercial and Government Banking clients.
• Communicate in a positive manner with all staff and management.
• Balance competing priorities and take initiative with minimal direction or supervision.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
• Maintain strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support clients.
• Engage in external customer contacts and coordinate with branch personnel.
