Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks an experienced Treasury Sales professional to market and sell treasury and cash management solutions within a designated territory. You will develop relationships with corporate clients, collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and leadership to deliver tailored treasury solutions while expanding your book of business.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of treasury sales, a track record of meeting targets, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• 3+ years proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Certified Treasury Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive income and create sales opportunities by promoting treasury products and services.
• Engage potential customers through visits, calls, virtual meetings, and written communications; build book of business.
• Prepare customized proposals and follow up to close sales; coordinate with relationship managers and teams for onboarding.
• Maintain risk management awareness and regulatory compliance; stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in industry boards/committees to boost Fulton Bank's treasury reputation.
• Attend meetings, maintain prospect lists, and review the book of business for opportunities.
