Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks an accomplished Treasury Sales professional to drive income by promoting treasury and cash management products within a designated Virginia territory. The role requires engaging clients through visits, calls, and virtual meetings, and building a strong book of large, complex clients with continued referrals.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Market Leaders to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions while maintaining onboarding excellence and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Strong understanding of treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive income by promoting treasury products and services.
• Engage clients through visits, calls, virtual meetings, and written communications.
• Prepare customized proposals and follow up to close sales.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product specialists, and leadership to deliver treasury solutions.
• Ensure seamless onboarding for treasury services and maintain risk/compliance awareness.
