The position requires deep treasury knowledge, strong communication, and a track record of sales success. Regular regional travel is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and base salary range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Certified Treasury Planner (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive income by promoting treasury products and meeting sales targets.
• Engage customers through visits, calls, virtual meetings, and written communications; manage a book of larger, complex clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and support onboarding of treasury services; coordinate with managers and product teams.
• Participate in local industry boards and committees to boost the bank's treasury reputation.
• Stay informed on market trends, technology, and regulatory changes; maintain CRM activity.
