Job summary

Fulton Bank, N.A. is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive revenue by promoting treasury and cash management solutions across central Virginia and Hampton Roads. You will work with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and leaders to deliver comprehensive offerings.

You will travel up to 50% and maintain a strong community presence to source new business and manage complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Certified Treasury Planner (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of treasury products, cash management, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive income and sales by promoting treasury products and services and meet profitability targets.
• Engage customers via visits, calls, virtual meetings, and referrals; manage a book of larger, complex clients.
• Prepare customized proposals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure seamless treasury services.
• Participate in local industry boards and committees to enhance Fulton Bank's reputation.
