Job summary

Fulton Bank seeks a treasury sales professional to support commercial and middle-market clients across Delaware and the greater Philadelphia region. The hybrid role travels up to 50% regionally and focuses on selling treasury and cash management solutions.

You will build relationships, tailor proposals, and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Specialists to deliver integrated treasury services. A baseline sales background and a CPA/CTP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; specialty in business preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in treasury management.
• Proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell treasury and cash management products to mid-market clients.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate customers and collaborate with internal teams.
• Prepare customized proposals and drive sales closures while ensuring risk/compliance.
• Maintain CRM records, stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Participate in local industry boards to enhance Fulton Bank's reputation.
