Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage treasury revenue across a Northeast Business Banking portfolio with daily client interactions. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, and Implementation Advisors to position treasury solutions and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in treasury or cash management.
• Ability to travel up to 5% to client sites and meetings.
• Strong business and financial acumen aligned to client KPIs.
• Builds strong partnerships with core team and client contacts.
• Manages competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of global treasury products and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury revenue streams and product penetration for assigned Business Banking portfolio.
• Lead pricing and negotiations to optimize relationship profitability.
• Drive digital adoption: mobile, real‑time payments and digital services.
• Participate in CMP to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of treasury solutions.
• Coordinate with RM, Credit, FX and partners to meet client needs.
