Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer (TSCO) to drive liquidity management and treasury solutions for a Northeast Business Banking portfolio, partnering with Relationship Managers and other partners to optimize profitability.

The role requires leading pricing, client negotiations, and digital payments adoption while managing end-to-end implementation and ensuring a superior client experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in treasury or cash management.
• Travel availability up to 5%.
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned to KPIs in treasury operations.
• Ability to build partnerships within the core team and with client contacts.
• Capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration for an assigned Business Banking portfolio in the Northeast.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions to optimize profitability.
• Drive adoption of mobile, digital, and real-time payments.
• Participate in CMP to deepen client relationships and identify client needs.
• Oversee implementation of treasury solutions from start to finish for a smooth client experience.
• Manage revenue growth, client calls, portfolio development, and RFP responses.
