Qualifications

At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
Ability to Travel up to 5%.
Strong business/financial acumen to align with KPIs in treasury operations.
Proven ability to build partnerships within a core team and with client contacts.

Responsibilities

Lead treasury revenue growth and product penetration for an assigned Business Banking portfolio in the Northeast.
Partner with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, and others to position treasury solutions.
Manage pricing, RFP responses and client negotiations to optimize profitability.
Drive adoption of digital payments, real-time solutions, and multi-product cross-sell.
