Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue within an assigned portfolio. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, and other partners to deliver client-focused treasury solutions and maximize profitability.

You will lead pricing discussions, drive digital payments adoption, and guide the implementation of solutions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth client experience and YoY growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core KPIs within our clients' treasury operations ecosystems.
• Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for TM products to optimize relationship profitability.
• Act as a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital and real-time payments adoption.
• Oversee the Client Management Process focusing on client acquisition and deepening relationships.
• Ensure successful implementation of solutions and revenue growth across the portfolio.
