Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage a Northeast portfolio, drive treasury revenue, and deepen client relationships. You will negotiate pricing, coordinate with a broad team, and lead end-to-end implementations to deliver client value.

The role emphasizes digital adoption, real-time payments, and strategic dialogue with clients, backed by strong financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity
• Ability to Travel up to 5%
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core Key Performance Indicators within our clients treasury operations ecosystems
• Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts
• Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction
• Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends

Responsibilities

• Manage and actively pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of Business Banking clients in the Northeast region.
• Pursue client prospect opportunities outside the portfolio and lead pricing/negotiation discussions for TM products to optimize profitability.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors, Implementation Advisors, Service Partners, Card Managers, Liquidity Specialists and others across the enterprise.
• Position treasury solutions that best suit client needs and drive digital adoption of mobile, real-time payments and treasury services.
• Lead Client Management Process (CMP) activities to identify client needs and oversee implementation from start to finish for a smooth revenue path.
• Set pricing, conduct client calls, respond to RFPs, prepare client-facing treasury presentations, and analyze solutions for profitability.
