Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue across an assigned Northeast portfolio. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Advisors, and other partners to position treasury solutions tailored to client needs.

You will lead pricing, client negotiations, and the implementation of solutions, ensuring a positive client experience and YoY revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in treasury or cash management.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.
• Strong business/financial acumen aligned to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and pursue treasury revenue streams and product penetration for Business Banking clients in the Northeast.
• Lead pricing and negotiations for treasury products to optimize profitability.
• Drive digital adoption (mobile, real-time payments) and strategic client dialogues.
• Oversee implementation from start to finish ensuring smooth client experience and revenue realization.
