Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue across a Northeast portfolio. You will coordinate with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, FX Trade Advisors and more to tailor liquidity, payments, and treasury solutions.

The role requires strong treasury knowledge, client management, and negotiation skills to drive YoY revenue growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core KPIs in clients’ treasury operations.
• Demonstrates ability to foster partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect opportunities outside the portfolio with multiple partners.
• Position US and international treasury solutions for client needs with daily virtual interactions.
• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions for TM products to optimize profitability.
• Drive digital adoption of mobile, real-time payments and related dialogues.
• Participate in CMP to deepen client relationships by identifying client needs.
• Oversee implementation of solutions from start to finish for a smooth revenue flow.
• Lead revenue growth, portfolio development, pricing, RFP responses and client-facing presentations.
