Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an Associate within the Treasury & Payment Solutions team in Chicago to provide sales, onboarding, pricing, and client support to senior leaders. You will coordinate across clients and internal partners to ensure onboarding, pricing proposals, and portfolio administration are executed efficiently.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive follow-through, and strong communication while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, banking, implementation support, client service, sales support, operations, or related financial services environment.
• CTP designation, progress toward CTP, or treasury-related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day support partner to Vice Presidents and Directors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including AML/KYC requirements and account openings.
• Prepare pricing analyses, pricing proposals, and client business reviews.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities, calls, and pipeline information.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and action items to clients and internal teams.
