Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a treasury management and sales specialist in the United States to apply consultative sales and relationship management to generate leads and close deals for treasury and payment solutions.

You will coordinate implementation activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver tailored solutions while building long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive growth and optimize working capital.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Generates leads and closes sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
• Manages client sales inquiries related to product offerings, pricing, and implementation.
• Conducts sales discussions, introduces innovative products, and fosters proactive client engagement.
• Analyzes trends in overdrawn accounts to identify compliance risks and escalate as required.
• Coordinates client implementation activities to align with timelines and outcomes.
• Builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with high-value clients and provides strategic advice.
