Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Implementation Associate in Chicago to serve as the first point of contact for clients submitting treasury and cash management product requests via email and phone.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance and Operations, and resolve issues by coordinating internal partners and client communications to ensure smooth onboarding.

This in-office role is based at 540 W Madison St with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with treasury or cash management implementations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Sales, Product, Compliance and Operations are essential.
• Ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Implements standard and common Treasury product packages for clients
• Monitors progress of implementation and end-to-end resolution as applicable
• Responds to implementation requests received by email and phone, and questions from internal partners or clients
• Conducts research using various bank systems to enable response to client questions and inquiries
