You will align client voice with product capabilities to create market-ready strategies and playbooks that drive adoption and profitable growth.

You will guide product launches, analyze the competitive landscape, and partner across teams to ramp value in existing capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to drive discovery, ideation, development, and value management across the product lifecycle.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze problems and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner across teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
• Collaborates with Product, marketing, digital, sales and banking teams to translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Leads discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions and feed the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds and tracks key success metrics including cost, features, risk, and reliability.
