Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products or programs and leading B2B commercialization for complex platforms.
• Strong ability to influence adoption of product lifecycle activities and commercialization actions.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment in a matrix org.
• Proven track record of segment strategies and packaging solutions that drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the NA TS Commercialization roadmap and measures of market impact.
• Oversee product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to future development and adoption.
• Lead cross-product solutioning and packaging based on client/segment needs.
• Scale Voice of Client motions and translate feedback into actions.
• Create Sales-facing enablement content and embed into enablement infrastructure.
• Coach product teams on best practices for market research, prototyping, and adoption.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
