Job summary

Synovus is seeking a Treasury Management Analyst to service treasury management clients and support onboarding and implementation of treasury services. You will guide clients on Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfers, and Positive Pay while partnering with TM Advisors and Financial Advisors to ensure program success.

The role requires deep knowledge of treasury management operations, strong client service skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations (Check 21, NACHA).
• Excellent client service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, by phone or in person.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation of treasury management services.
• Ensure accurate pricing as services are added or changed.
• Collaborate with TM Advisors, Financial Advisors, and Operations for implementations.
• Educate clients on Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, and related features.
• Support training, enrollments, inquiries, and issue resolution.
