Job summary

Responsibilities include onboarding Treasury Management products, troubleshooting online banking, and performing annual reviews for ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture clients.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years related experience and/or training; banking/finance background preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of ACH operations, electronic banking, and payroll services.
• Strong PC skills including Excel and Word; good terminal operation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports SVP/Treasury Operations Manager with treasury services and product onboarding.
• Prepares documentation for Treasury Management products (wires, ACH origination, Positive Pay, etc.).
• Maintains client documentation files and assists with online banking system troubleshooting.
• Conducts annual reviews for ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture clients; gathers statements and histories.
