Under the Treasury Operations Manager, you will prepare cash reports, process unemployment drawdowns, coordinate with treasury partners, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of accounting or auditing experience, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions allowed with degrees as noted in the job posting.
• Knowledge of federal and state cash management regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process unemployment benefit cash drawdown within ASAP and US Treasury sites.
• Process federal grant drawdown and reconcile MOSAIC transactions.
• Collaborate with treasury and banking partners to ensure accurate cash draw reconciliation.
• Maintain records for cash draws and support audit documentation.
• Enter payment vouchers into MOSAIC and monitor cash balances daily.
