Job summary

The role involves system maintenance, operational analysis, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance while collaborating with internal stakeholders to minimize risk and deliver high-quality treasury services.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, payment operations, or banking operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking or treasury management systems.
• Excellent communications skills at all levels, with strong ability to articulate the bank’s vision.
• Thorough working knowledge of bank products, fee structure, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support treasury management products and services, including Online Banking (OLB), ACH, wire transfers, RDC, Positive Pay, Bill Pay, EDI.
• Execute service implementations, system configurations, maintenance activities, and product updates.
• Perform transaction review, posting, validation, balancing, and exception handling.
• Monitor daily treasury operations for timely and accurate processing.
• Serve as SME for treasury management operational processes and products.
• Configure, maintain, and validate treasury management systems, entitlements, accounts, limits, and service parameters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; escalate operational risks as needed.
