Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time accounting or budgeting experience or equivalent.
• Substitutions: Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting/finance.
• Experience with MMARS/MOSAIC is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read financial reports and ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile client funds and SNAP accounts monthly.
• Serve as liaison with Social Security Administration for the Metro Region.
• Maintain client funds spreadsheets and Access database records.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense authorizations and transactions in Mosaic.
• Respond to inquiries, review benefit changes, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and program staff on payments and reimbursements.
