Qualifications

• Two years of accounting or budgeting experience.
• Experience with Mosaic for financial transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain electronic and paper filing systems for related billings, receivables, payments, vendor invoices, and correspondence.
• Ability to reconcile accounts and perform data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Review and process billing, receivables, and payments in Mosaic.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for invoices and payments processed.
• Communicate with offices, customers, vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Create/update customer information in MMARS (VCC, VCM, CACT).
• Maintain filing systems for billings, receivables, payments, vendor invoices, and correspondence.
• Process/deposit detail and sweep checks on site with deposits.
• Run Commonwealth Information Warehouse reports for data analysis.
• Analyze historical and projected patterns to manage billing and spending.
• Follow up with delinquent customers on payments.
