• Review treasury agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and client trainings on treasury platforms.
• Provide first‑level support for treasury management solutions.
• Resolve routine issues within SLAs and document actions taken.
• Escalate non‑standard requests to higher‑level specialists as needed.
