Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day‑to‑day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. The role serves as an entry point into the Treasury Management career path, focusing on standard implementations and client adoption while ensuring accurate, compliant onboarding and timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of banking operations, treasury support, or related client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement treasury solutions for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Support client onboarding, maintenance, and service issues within established SLAs.
• Coordinate ACH, NACHA, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, and transfers.
• Provide training on treasury platforms and payment workflows.
• Maintain data, ensure KYC/AML compliance, and communicate with clients and partners.
• Escalate non‑standard requests and complex issues to senior specialists.
