Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years in banking operations, treasury support, or client service.
• Experience with treasury onboarding and product maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement treasury solutions for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate treasury onboarding, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Review treasury management agreements for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions.
• Troubleshoot onboarding, maintenance, or service issues within SLA.
• Deliver client training on treasury platforms and payment workflows.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and case notes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, Risk, and Product teams.
