Huntington National Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Onboarding Implementation Specialist in Houston. You will act as a dedicated Project Manager, leading complex client implementations from initiation to go-live, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years’ project management experience in Commercial Treasury Management implementations, onboarding engagements, and client-facing PM initiatives within a financial institution.
• 4+ years direct responsibility for managing complex Commercial Banking clients with high-touch implementation requirements from initiation to go-live.
• 4+ years experience building and maintaining project dashboards, implementation workflow schedules, status reports, meeting documentation, issue logs, and milestones within PM software.
• 4+ years managing multiple concurrent client implementations while meeting timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, influence, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Service, Operations, Technology, Risk, Vendors, and Client stakeholders.
• 4+ years experience Commercial Treasury Management products, onboarding processes, operational workflows, implementation dependencies, and industry best practices.
• 4+ years experience leading client-facing meetings, implementation discussions, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and complex Treasury Management implementations from initiation to go-live.
