Job summary

Huntington Bank in Tupelo, MS seeks a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to support onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service for Business Banking and Commercial clients. The role focuses on executing standard implementations, supporting client adoption, and resolving routine issues with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver timely service and a positive client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1+ years in banking operations, treasury support, or related client service role.
Familiarity with NACHA file formats and basic fraud prevention tools preferred.
Experience with treasury and banking platforms supporting ACH, wires, Positive Pay, remote deposit, BAI reporting, and online banking portals.

Responsibilities

Onboard and implement treasury solutions for Business Banking and Commercial clients, including testing and go-live readiness.
Review treasury management agreements for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate onboarding activities (ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, transfers).
Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and workflows.
Provide first-level support for treasury solutions and resolve routine issues.
Escalate non-standard requests to higher-level specialists as needed.
