Job summary

The Treasury Management Onboarding Implementation Specialist at Huntington National Bank leads end-to-end onboardings for high-value treasury management clients. Although titled as an Implementation Specialist, this role acts as a dedicated Project Manager responsible for complex client implementations from initiation to go-live.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of PM methodologies, treasury product knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years PM experience leading Commercial Treasury Management implementations, onboarding engagements, and client-facing initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Service, Operations, Technology, Risk, Vendors, Clients).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations and maintain timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Treasury Management onboarding implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Manage onboarding lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, schedules, status reports, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and deliverables across projects.
