Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of banking operations, treasury support, or related client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Implementation: execute standard treasury onboarding for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, standing transfer orders and Transmissions.
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and payment workflows.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions and resolve routine issues.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product teams.
