Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to onboard customers to payables, receivables, and related financial products, guiding them from sale to go-live.

You will serve as the primary contact, coordinating onboarding tasks with customers and internal partners, monitoring progress, and ensuring solutions meet business needs while delivering high-quality service and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management customers and products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives during the implementation.
• Conduct onboarding activities, perform analysis, and coordinate tasks from sale through use.
• Monitor and track implementation timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure product functionality aligns with customer requirements and business needs.
• Identify and escalate potential risks impacting implementation.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal partners.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through efficient onboarding.
