Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of related API support experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding journey and identify preferred solutions.
• Act as SME with deep API connectivity knowledge and assist inquiries.
• Coordinate activities to launch client applications and track readiness.
• Review use cases and recommend best practices for connectivity.
• Draft documentation to improve onboarding processes and handoffs.
• Collect client feedback and drive continual improvement.
