Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury API Coordinator to optimize client onboarding and connectivity with Treasury Management APIs. You will coordinate across business and technical teams to define end-to-end customer journeys, manage technical inquiries, and drive improvements in operations and training materials.

The role emphasizes onboarding new clients, configuring Apigee, and ensuring market readiness while delivering excellent service and monitoring requests through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically four or more years of related experience.
• Experience with API onboarding, client integration, and API connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client onboarding journey and help integrate applications with U.S. Bank.
• Be the subject matter expert for API connectivity solutions and assist client inquiries.
• Serve as a single point of contact to orchestrate activities for a quick launch of applications.
• Document client use cases to build a knowledge repository and improve best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill client inquiries and promote collaboration.
• Draft documentation to improve onboarding processes and handoffs to production support.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
