Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Leader to drive onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products for our top clients.

You will lead large, cross-functional programs, partner with Signature Coordinators, sales, operations, and risk to ensure timely, compliant delivery and a superior client experience. You will mentor junior teammates, oversee risk-driven initiatives, and support strategic priorities across Treasury Management operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of related experience in treasury/implementation.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and implementation processes.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, consulting, problem-solving, communication, and relationship skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority; communicate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary implementation lead for complex Treasury Management requests with multi-product scope.
• Coordinate with Signature Coordinators for strategy, scope, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
• Escalate and resolve complex implementation issues to maintain client experience.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, risks, and communications for successful delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members on PM practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
