Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Premier Implementation Officer to lead onboarding and implementation for its largest Commercial and Middle Market clients. You will coordinate onboarding, manage multiple implementation projects, and ensure a high-touch, seamless customer experience from kick-off through go-live and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Cash Management Operations, or related financial services roles.
• Experience implementing treasury management products for business customers required.
• Experience working with commercial and middle-market customers is preferred.
• Demonstrated project management and customer relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implement treasury management solutions for Commercial and Middle Market customers.
• Serve as primary contact for treasury product implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and RTSOs to support relationship reviews and retention.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, and communication strategies for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand workflows, payments, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate setup, testing, training, and go-live activities.
