• Lead the onboarding and integration of Treasury Management products for top clients.
• Provide project leadership for large cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members and resolve complex issues.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risks, and reporting for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal partners across Treasury Management, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Risk.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
