Job summary

Sauk Valley Bank is seeking a VP Treasury Management to drive growth in deposit, loan, and treasury services for a targeted business market. You will supervise treasury management professionals, shape strategy, and coordinate with lenders and market presidents to fulfill client needs.

The role emphasizes high-level service, compliance with NACHA, BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory standards, and ongoing risk and contract management within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in banking operations, sales or customer service recommended.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain treasury management professionals.
• Develop and execute treasury management strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Lead treasury management sales, service, implementation, and support functions.
• Identify opportunities to expand treasury management services among commercial clients.
• Partner with market presidents and lenders to identify treasury opportunities.
• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements.
