Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling, negotiation and client-management skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities with solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas with internal product stakeholders to reflect the client perspective.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
