Job summary

SouthState Bank seeks a Treasury Management Training Specialist to design and deliver product and system training for clients and staff. You will collaborate to update guides, create surveys, and ensure onboarding quality.

The role requires strong communication, banking knowledge, and the ability to work independently with multiple teams. You will lead continuing education for sales, product, and support teams, act as a subject matter expert, and help implement new Treasury Management offerings

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4 years in Treasury Management (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations).
• Certifications/Knowledge: Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services and online banking systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product and system training for new and existing Treasury Management clients and team members.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management leadership to develop, update, and maintain user guides and training material.
• Work independently to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.
• Assist with client quality reviews after implementation for feedback on onboarding and products.
• Assist with evaluating client interactions within Genesys and Service Now.
• Create, update, and maintain questionnaires or surveys to access training efficacy.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management Implementation post-client-onboarding.
• Conduct continuing education classes for Treasury Management Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Participate in Treasury Management new hire training.
• Assist Treasury Management Product Managers to develop/update training materials.
• Build relationships within the bank to maintain high service levels.
• Partner with Corporate Learning and Treasury Management Product on new products/services.
• Assist with training converting customers and team members.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Treasury Management products and systems from end-user perspective.
