Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Training Specialist to support onboarding, training objectives, and quality control. You will assess associate performance via calls and tickets and help ensure compliance with department procedures.

The role emphasizes developing training materials, questionnaires, and cross-training opportunities while maintaining documentation and collaborating with Treasury leadership on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years in banking; minimum 2 years Treasury Management product support/implementations.
• Knowledge of bank operating systems and Treasury Management products, services and practices.
• Previous experience with analysis of commercial relationships and client issue resolution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support calls and ticket responses to assess associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to policies.
• Assist Treasury management with onboarding training objectives for new team members.
• Create and maintain Quality Control Rubrics and other educational material.
• Create questionnaires to provoke knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Primary focus is evaluating client interactions via phone and ticket systems.
• Create and schedule team-building activities to maintain morale.
• Ensure compliance of Treasury Management documentation and processes with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with Treasury leadership to maintain department procedures.
• Conduct client onboarding and implementation quality reviews.
• Maintain tracking logs based on monitored calls and tickets.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff as required.
• Assist with special projects and cross-training opportunities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and technical documentation.
