Job summary

SouthState Bank, N.A. seeks a Treasury Management Trainer to deliver product and system training for clients and internal teams. You will collaborate with Treasury Management leadership to develop guides, materials, and onboarding processes, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with treasury systems, and the ability to build relationships across departments. Travel may be required, and compliance training is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of Treasury Management experience (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations).
• MS Office expertise; ability to read/write/speak English; knowledge of Treasury Management products/services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and system training for Treasury Management clients and team members.
• Develop, update, and maintain user guides and training material.
• Work independently to ensure tasks are complete and on schedule.
• Assist with onboarding reviews and feedback on Treasury Management onboarding.
