Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of banking experience; minimum of 2 years related experience (Treasury Management product support / Implementations).
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of bank operating systems and commercial banking practices; treasury products and services; client issue resolution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client interactions via phone and ticket systems.
• Create and schedule team building activities to maintain morale.
• Onboard clients and perform implementation quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance of client documentation with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain logs based on monitored calls and tickets.
• Provide SME support to internal staff as required.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, pricing, and setup documentation.
