Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five years of banking experience, with Treasury Management sales/production exposure.
• Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Understand applications of TM products to business cash flow cycles.
• Lead fraud discussions with clients; educate on options after fraud occurs.
• Assist Treasury Management Sales Officer and develop calling skills and follow-up.
• Onboard new small business clients and expand TM services for existing clients.
• Collaborate with retail bankers to educate and identify leads.
• Provide TM expertise to internal staff.
