• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, and pricing.
• Educate bankers and assist in identifying TM leads.
• Lead client education on fraud options and onboarding for small business clients.
• Prepare forms and paperwork to onboard new TM clients and add services.
• Back up Treasury Management Sales Officer in their absence.
