Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Training Specialist to deliver product and system training to new and existing Treasury Management clients and staff. You will collaborate with TM leadership to develop user guides, training materials, and ongoing education, ensuring timely, high-quality onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4 years in Treasury Management (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations).
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS Office expertise; knowledge of Treasury Management products/services is preferred.
• Excellent written/oral communications skills; ability to analyze problems and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Treasury Management clients and team members.
• Develop, update, and maintain user guides and training material.
• Onboard clients and gather feedback on onboarding process.
• Evaluate client interactions within Treasury Management systems (Genesys, Service Now).
• Create surveys to assess training efficacy and coordinate with TM Implementation post-onboarding.
• Deliver ongoing training and contribute to new hire training.
• Support Treasury Management Product Managers with training materials and guides.
