• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of Treasury Management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services; strong written and oral communications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Train new and existing Treasury Management clients and team members.
• Develop, update, and maintain user guides and training material.
• Coordinate onboarding and post-onboarding training.
• Evaluate client interactions within Genesys and Service Now.
• Deliver continuing education for Treasury Management teams.
• Build relationships to maintain high level of service.
• Act as SME on design, features, and function of Treasury Management products and systems.
