Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years related experience in treasury management or call center.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS Office, English fluency, banking systems familiarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone support and daily client resolution for Treasury Management issues.
• Research and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner, coordinating with teams.
• Advise on online security and product usage improvements for clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and SLAs for implementations.
• Maintain logs of client changes and support special projects as assigned.
